MCFly 32- Why are Climate Change Action plans like buses?

Because you wait ages (years, in fact) for one, and then two come along at once. Manchester City Council, working in partnership with businesses, academics and activists, is facilitating a "Climate Change Action Plan" to be released in November (see page 2).
